Every piece is individually handcrafted and carefully packed from London studio.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order. Oversized or high-value works may require a personalised shipping quotation.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their destination country.
Returns & Refunds
Every ceramic piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in form, glaze, colour, texture, and firing marks are a natural part of the making process and make each work unique. These characteristics are not considered faults.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Made-to-order, commissioned, and personalised works are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by Dimension Ceramic.
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they have been safely received.
Shipping Damage
Every order is carefully packed using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact dimensionceramic0@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the original packaging and outer shipping box
Please retain all packaging until the claim has been resolved, as this may be required by the shipping carrier. Once the damage has been assessed, a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund will be offered where appropriate.
Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
